EMDR
EMDR is short for Eye Movement Desensitisation and Restructuring. The World Health Organisation recommends this therapy for PTSD and it is highly effective for depression and anxiety. Our program schedules 4 hours a day of this model of therapy into our trauma healing program because research has proven makes it extremely effective in clearing what might take you years of therapy to achieve. link to more info
