Because of the depth of this work, we take great care to ensure the retreat is appropriate and supportive for each individual. Participation is by application only, and spaces are limited to six participants per intake.

Clinical Review & Follow-Up
Each application is reviewed by a qualified therapist to ensure the program is clinically appropriate and safe for your current stage of healing. We may request a short call to discuss your needs further.

Once accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email and invoice. Payment is required to secure your place, with flexible options available.

Pricing Options
All prices include:

Full therapeutic program (EMDR intensives, equine therapy, eco-therapy, group psycho-ed sessions, group reflections and integration session, all movement & mindfulness sessions)

All meals, snacks, tea/coffee

Shared bathroom facilities

Access to all retreat amenities (pool, fire-pit, infrared sauna, meditation spaces)

Onsite Accomodation Options:

Private rooms are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis
Offsite Accomodation Options:

If you prefer to stay off-site in your own accommodation, we offer a $300 reduction from the full retreat fee.

You’ll need to be onsite daily by 8:00am and remain until after dinner concludes in the evening.

All meals will still be provided at the retreat.

This option is best suited to participants who live nearby or have personal reasons for staying elsewhere.
Funding & Rebates

Private Health Rebates may apply for some individual sessions. We can provide itemised receipts upon request.

We accept SIRA insurance clients and are experienced in working with clients under workers’ compensation and motor vehicle accident claims.

NDIS participants (self- or plan-managed) may also be eligible, depending on goals and plan inclusions.

Our Commitment to Safety

This retreat is a powerful process and not suitable for everyone. For the wellbeing of all participants, we are unable to accept individuals currently experiencing acute mental health crises, active substance dependency, or those who require 24/7 clinical support.
