Our Trauma Healing retreat program is inspired by remarkable research from the Netherlands on the effectiveness of EMDR intensive retreats, and we’ve expanded this approach even further creating a deeply healing holistic and nurturing experience. Including intensive EMDR to heal trauma, equine-assisted therapy to build self-awareness and strengthen relationships, and eco-therapy to help you reconnect with yourself and the natural world.
Restorative beach trips which energise the body, mind, and spirit while regulating the nervous system. And daily movement to support physical healing and hormonal balance, while mindfulness practices connect you to your authentic self and help you find meaning in your life. The result is a healing journey that supports those seeking recovery from trauma, while also offering a space for anyone wishing to cultivate renewal, balance, and personal growth.

Each day we offer 8 hours of therapy and guided sessions, designed to heal, and nurture your mind, body, and spirit.
