Prior to becoming a counsellor and psychotherapist, I worked in various fields including the horse & cattle industry, theatre & film, corporate pitch and team building, children's anti-bullying school programs, and I created the Bondi drama studio which celebrated and developed children’s creativity, resilience and expression. I am now thrilled to be working fulltime as a psychotherapist, counsellor and group coach, whilst being a parent of two wonderful teenagers.
The challenges I have faced throughout my life allow me to connect unconditionally and want to understand the experiences of others. It is a privilege for me to be involved in building a trusting and collaborative relationship with my clients. I focus on providing a safe space where my clients can explore what is preventing them from attaining personal growth and happiness.
I now have the wonderful experience of unifying my life experience and skills as a horse woman, a coach, a group facilitator and psychotherapist to bring together my Equine Assisted Counselling and Coaching services.
